St. Xavier’s High School, Pipili, is an innovative English medium Co-education school which aims to provide the child the most excellent quality of education, so that the student may function with clarity and efficiency in the modern world. It is founded in the year 2008 and recognized by Govt. Of Odisha. It offers education from Nursery to Class VIII and aim of providing quality education to the students of in and around Pipili . The Instituion shall emphasize on quality education, participation of children in different Co-curricular activities.

The school provides a sound education in a congenial atmosphere. It iss carried on the task of imparting quality education to all the citizens with commendable zeal and Inspiration enabling the young minds to become conscious, active and responsible individuals in this fast paced world. It is a home away from home for children’s grow confidently in a carefully planned atmosphere, almost bringing the best in them. A Group of exponent and dedicated teachers work to provide an atmosphere, warmth and happiness. The Xaviers is proud of his moto ----- because its objective is to bring about a balanced and harmonious development of personality of the future citizens of the country and to infuse in them lofty Ideals. Dear Students,
Dear Friends, I take this opportunity to offer my warm greetings to you and welcome all of you to the website of St. Xavier's High School, Pipili . The term 'Education' encompasses more than just knowledge and knowing. It is a harmonious blending of academics, arts, emotions, attitudes, creativity and life itself. In the global perspective today, the one who excels in all these areas is the one who succeeds. St. Xavier's High School, Pipili, with this philosophy in mind began its voyage on the vast ocean of academics with only 40 students in the year 2008 and with the untiring attempts of the staff, constant support of parents and zealous performance of the students, the small beginning reached the pinnacle of success. The the school is own campus with more than 300 students. In this institution education blended in all colours of human values could be given and now I feel immensely pleased and proud to say that the dream of a quality institution has taken its shape. Now the school stands on a sprawling campus of more than five acres with all basic infrastructures. Today, St. Xavier's High School, Pipili is one of the fastest growing schools of the town because of the high standard it has set for itself in providing excellent education. Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere efforts, intelligent direction and skillful execution which are the hallmarks of this institution. Our school endeavours to provide an environment that fosters curiosity, encourages learning and the pursuit of excellence. Through our sustained efforts over the last 15 years our institution strived for holistic development of our students with values, innovation and knowledge. Our sustained commitment to add value to our pupil's life, I believe, is the true meaning of education. I recognise the importance of creating a conducive environment for our pupils to lay a strong foundation based on principles and inculcate the right values to transform them into productive members of the society. It is my privilege and honour to function as the Principal of this school, a leading English medium school of Odisha. My thanks are due to the management for this honour. I take this opportunity to offer you all a warm welcome. It is my pleasure to invite you all to go through the website of the school. The management of the school as well as all the staff are committed to the improvement of the school and the all round development of the students. We are keen on promoting academic, physical, moral and spiritual growth of the students. We work with great enthusiasm with the support of all our stake holders to achieve our goal. We adopt innovative methods to bring out the inner potentialities of the students with the existing facilities. We make use of the skills of the teachers in assisting students to overcome their difficulties. Regular training and orientation programmes are organised in the campus to update our faculties with the new education policy. Facilities are provided to the students to be engaged in extra curricular activities like dance, music, sports and games. Maximum care is given to improve the physical and mental health of the students as well as to ensure their happiness and wellbeing. We teach and encourage students with love and care so that they can face the world fearlessly. The values we try to inculcate in the students help them reach great heights in life. Our teachers are the mentors. We provide regular feedback to parents about the student's performance, improvements and drawbacks. We create an atmosphere in the school to make the students feel like a second home. We provide all the support the students need to move forward with studies. The learning environment and the teaching methods make the teaching learning process a vibrant one. As the principal of the school I work hard to see that the school and the students continue to improve on all sides.
